- Built a R&D team 5 developers across multiple regions, the team was under my direct management.
- Supported sales team in the sales effort, including customer meetings, pre sale, demos etc.
- Engaged with existing customers to define new features and solve problems.

- PCEF/PCRF technical project leader. This includes the design of the solution, characterization of the policies needed by the customer and implementation in the network and migration plans.
- 3G direct tunnel technical project leader. In this project I was responsible for migrating the customer towards a 3G direct tunnel enabled network, including IP design software requirements and migration plan.
- System integrator for PCEF and PCRF project working with technical teams from abroad
- System integrator and one of two designers for packet core modernization project. This project included new SGSN and GGSN integration in customer's network including new feature implementation including SGSN in pool and 3GDT.
- I was responsible for several upgrade projects for SGSN and GGSN nodes
- As first line support I investigated complex technical problems, troubleshooting on systems that are in live operation. Working with experts around the world, participate in the remedy of systems in case of critical situations.
