I have experimented and become proficient in various cooking techniques such as frying, sous vide, baking, and grilling. I also am experienced in various methods of prep with strong knife skills. I am dedicated to organization in the kitchen, understanding the importance of food safety, time management, and performing under pressure. Most importantly, I approach cooking with a positive attitude, as I truly love to cook.
