Responsibilities:

• Managing inventory levels of products
• In charge of purchasing inventory and then creating price to sell the item at
• Understanding the markets and trends of inventory to decide what to/or not to purchase, and how items would sell in store
• Creating schedule for associates
• Looking over security cameras to record and log employee hours
• Giving job duties to associates on daily basis to ensure store is run efficiently and left clean for the next day
• Zeroing cash register at end of each day to make sure register amount correlates with system and all inventory purchases are correct for the day
• Photographing and uploading pictures of inventory to be used for store website
• Training new associates on how to interact with customers and give them the proper assistance when shopping
• Ringing customers out at checkout
• Managing exchanges and assisting customers if they had a problem with the product

Responsibilities:

• Coordinating multiple delivery drivers, including creating routes, prioritizing deliveries, and coordinating with salesman to ensure part is delivered on time to the correct location
• Responsible for packaging parts and creating BOLs for orders that required freight to be shipped to further destinations
• Working with a group to make sure all orders are fulfilled on schedule and properly processed
• Training new employees on how the warehouse operates, such as how to process orders and how to properly interact with customers
• Inspecting and receiving brokered parts from other warehouses before preparing them for shipment
• Responsible for making sure that production area of the warehouse was left in a cleanly manner at the end of each day
• Processing returns on orders

• Assisting customers to ensure they got the correct size or type of shoe/clothing they needed
• Daily cleaning of store countertops, floors, and racks
