I have 2 years of experience in Manufacturing as both an Operator and Production Crew Member. I'm the kind of worker who can be relied upon to do exactly what needs to be done, with or without support and am always ready to assist others when they need Me. I have a variety of skills and can adapt to changing situations. I have performed excellent customer service for employers and for my own business practices. I articulate myself clearly and easily, and am swift to empathizing with others which, allows Me to understand them and helps me come to a solution that benefits everyone. I have an eye for detail, and enjoy learning new skills, concepts and methods. My co-workers have always found they could rely on Me to put my complete effort forward. I am the kind of person who tries to look at themselves objectively and when I've found myself lacking. I have always gone into work understanding that my job description is to "Do exactly what the company and my coworkers need from Me today" even if its not officially in my job description.
