- I trained under an intake counselor to better understand the primary duties and responsibilities of the Saint Louis Crisis Nursery staff
- Provide directly for the physical, emotional, and social needs of children, nurturing them and facilitating play while executing my training in trauma informed care
- Plan, lead and execute therapeutic and developmentally appropriate activities as well as outdoor play routinely, flexing as needed for special events, weather, etc
- Document all relevant information in a timely, fact-based manner including care given to a child, the child's response, disclosure of a family situation by the child or guardian, etc
