  • As an acting lead, oversee both the checkpoint and checked baggage; was appointed to this position by the Transportation Security Manager; supervise daily operations such as handling rotation assignments, giving breaks, and assisting TSOs with any questions and situations that arise concerning the traveling public or TSA equipment
