- Building and restructuring the R&D organization according to Alvarion's product lines.

- Development of WIMAX based wireless product lines .

- Development solutions to enable broadcast, multicast and unicast of rich multimedia content for GPRS, EDGE and UMTS networks,

- Support marketing, product marketing and sales activity.
