I made sure technicians received proper training and safety briefs and maintain a professional attitude and appearance.

As the onsite Manager for installations of new equipment I was responsible for site inspections, job quoting, equipment and material delivery, time management, and equipment start up.
On multiple occasions had to communicate clearly to equipment manufactory technicians and sub-contracted contractors to insure on time job completion and customer satisfaction.
Oversaw the scheduling of service jobs to insure technicians had the least amount of drive time and accessibility to parts to increase job production and completion on a daily basis, which improved customer relations.
During my time at Design Temperature Corp., I was also a member of the U.S. Naval Reserves Seabees, where I was hand selected as Company Commander of (Equipment Operator “A” School) a student body of 90 personnel.
I received Top Honor Graduate and reduced the disciplinary issues down to zero and greatly improved unit cohesion.
While assigned to the Seabees, I was the Safety Officer. Where I was in charge of overseeing two projects, one at Hines VA Hospital constructing an exercise obstacle course and the second and USMC Leadership Academy, Chicago.

Hand-selected to manage work center Advance Skills Management (ASM) database, encompassing 84 technicians and 758 individual items and received zero hits during a zone inspection.

Results yielded an increase in shop qualifications by 80% which decreased the Aircraft division work load strain by 30% and increased work center productivity by 70%.
