I'm a 24 year old family man with a 6 year old son and a fiance I hold dearly. I've had a job since I was 16 and even then worked summer jobs from the age of 12. I understand the importance of steadfast determination and patience to achieve your goals and I strive towards them everyday with the Lord and my family as motivation. Hopefully we can achieve our goals together.
My main duties are to read and record feed rations into my hand add book, and to manufacture feed. This involves weighing the additives, recording the details of said additive (manufacturing date, manufacturer, lot number, etc.) and applying it to the feed. My record keeping has been inspected by the state two years now with no issues, I am thorough and detail oriented. I use basic math and keen organization skills to achieve these duties in a timely manner.
I started as a waiter at the Country Club where I served guests food and drinks in a quick fashion. This is where I honed my "gift of gab" for the greater good. I can talk to anybody, anywhere, about anything in a time efficient manner. Halfway through my time at the Country Club I swapped to the kitchen to assist them as they were having issues keeping help. I'm adaptable in extenuating circumstances. I cooked cleanly, efficiently, and deliciously.
My duties were to manage the dietary aides and to prepare food for 90+ residents and staff 3 times a day 3-5 days a week. I made everything with love and managed the staff with understanding yet firmness.
I was an overnight care taker for a family friend. I monitored his machines and performed the necessary tasks he needed to be comfortable and to breathe properly throughout the night. I administered medication and anything else he may have requested/required.
I assembled orders of boxes of food onto a pallet in the frozen warehouse. I achieved my production percentage with ease and sometimes even achieved over 100 percent on my weekly average. This job shaped me into caring about numbers and productivity for the better and even still to this day.
I made food, took orders, worked my way up to manager when I was of age. This was my first job and I took it very seriously, maybe more than needed. It taught me good customer service skills and how to be civil and get along with a multitude of different kinds of people.
I'm numbers focused and objective driven I place a high value in efficiency with a positive mindset I mesh well with anybody and have a broad vernacular to communicate with a diverse range of people My background is primally warehouse and food related yet those paths have helped me sharpen my own tools of being direct without being abrasive and being productive 99 percent of the time
