Prepared, fit and welded all necessary metal parts that their blueprints asked for according to there measurements within a 1/32 of an inch.

Repaired parts that were not assembled correctly. Used a OAC cutting torch, a plasma çutter, a CAC air arc gouger and a general 4 in grinder to clean up repaired surfaces.

Welded parts using the GMAW, GTAW, SMAW and FCAW welding processes.

Welded spiral rolled weld seams using the FCAW welding process.

Added fittings and lifting lugs according to blueprint specifications. All welds had to be completed to AWS welding specifications.

Fit and welded a variety of fabrication jobs using all welding processes. Repaired all types of farm and heavy machinery. Also was responsible for drilling holes, bending metal using a press brake. Shearing steel, rolling steel, and use of hydronic iron worker machines.
