The Emergency Administration in the Ministry of Economy and Industry is the professional, executive, center and coordinator of the evaluations and preparedness of the Ministry and the bodies it directs to prepare for and respond to emergency situations.

• Led and managed A team of experts to maintain smooth daily operations.
• Oversaw budgetary and financial activities and implemented strategies to grow business and profits.
• Developed and implemented yearly strategic plan informing future business expectations and direction.
• Devised key initiatives that drove substantial business growth.
• Responsible for managing a staff and a significant annual budget

• Responsible for building business partnerships between Israeli and German companies.
• Providing information and assistance to businesses from Israel who are interested in doing business in Germany. This can include providing information on market conditions, regulations, and potential partners.
• Organizing trade missions and events to promote Israeli products and services. This can involve working with businesses to identify potential partners, arranging meetings, and providing support during the event.
• Monitoring economic conditions IN Germany and reporting back to the Ministry This can help businesses from their home country make informed decisions about whether to invest or do business in the host country.
• Building relationships with government officials and business leaders in Germany. This can help to promote trade and investment between the two countries.
• Supervised work of 5-10 staff to achieve objectives.
• Managed financial updates, watch lists and insurance files.

It is about creating a balance between economic goals with social and environmental goals and objectives, meaning having a healthy economy while supporting the community and maintaining a healthy environment.

The work included leading the field of the environment in the industry, transferring technologies, participating in discussions that may affect the industry and/or employment, identifying business opportunities on environmental issues for Israeli enterprises, including a review of the proposals of the green bodies from Israel.

In this position I managed a team of about 10 employees.
