I began my career with Durham School Services in 2011 as a School Bus Driver. In 2014, I was promoted to Safety Training Supervisor, where I was responsible for driver training, compliance, and safety initiatives. In 2026, I advanced to the role of Operations Supervisor, further expanding my leadership and operational responsibilities.
Throughout my tenure with Durham, I have gained experience in a wide range of roles, including overseeing daily operations, invoicing, routing, driver development, customer service, and even operating a school bus when needed to support the team. These experiences have provided me with a comprehensive understanding of our business and reinforced my commitment to Durham's success.
I completed the Build the Bench program in 2023 which provided me the specific knowledge, leadership development, and strategic skills necessary to continue advancing in my career.
