I am a qualified registered nurse the extensive experience in the Nursing Field. I have work in Public sector and emergency. I would describe myself as passionate, care, reliable, and this is reflected in my work. • Meet patients medical needs through careful assessment, planning and evaluation Ensure patients are provided with hygienic and safe environment. Facilitates open communication and encourage patients to place their concerns. Assist physicians patients families and Nursing staff for improving nursing quality. Admission and discharge of patient. Maintain and personal hygiene and comfort of the patients. Provide nutritional needs of patients. Maintain and clean and routine rounds. Help Doctors in Diagnosis and treatment. Observe the changes in patient’s condition recording and reporting. Advocating and practising proper infection control messages. Checking and updating emergency medication store items trolleys like crash trolley dressing trolley etc. Nursing Care And Procedures Managing emergency situation Assisting endotracheal intubation Performing de fibrillation, cardio version etc. Insertion of central venous and arterial line etc. Performing basic and advanced CPR Performing and interpreting ECG, bed side monitoring, and ABG analysis Nursing management of patients with SDH, cerebral contusion, seizures Management of patients in mechanical ventilation Administration of medication IV fluids and cardiac infusions Assisting in different procedures like lumbar puncture, bone marrow aspiration, abdominal paracentesis, liver and kidney biopsy Monitoring vital signs and intake and output etc. Carrying different procedure like intravenous cannulation, ryles tube Insertion, urinary catheterization, insertion of nasopharyngeal air way etc Managing emergency situation in cardio-pulmonary arrest Care of unconscious patients Admission, discharge and transfer of patients Assisting doctors while in rounds making notes of instruction and carryout Collection of sample reports Reports & Recording
