Day-to-day duties and responsibilities include; help desk services to customers, maintain hardware and software configurations, perform variety of tasks to install and maintain up to date software for efficient use of equipment to complete mission, ensure users comply with procedures for standard computer and network use, troubleshooting physical and internal operating problems, repairing printer/scanner/fax machines, creating/managing/deleting user accounts, regular hardware inventory checks, diagnose and resolve problems in response to customer reported incidents. Managed moves and installations of IT equipment for recruiting stations to assure IT support for customers. Maintain Wi-Fi and Commercial Internet Service Provided devices.
