Throughout my 2 years of working with Goodwill and having a short role at Target my main takeaways of working retail have been a strong focus on customer service, attention to detail, and adaptability. Over the course of working at Goodwill I achieved awards in customer service as well as being a part of their career path going on to be a Support Associate. Unfortunately because of the closure of the Addison location it has abruptly paused my path to be a support associate. My top skills would definitely have to be my ability to adapt quickly to new environments, completing tasks efficiently and effectively, asking the right questions and applying the feedback received as well as being proactive and a self-starter.
