Summary

I believe that every student has a right to get the best education they can get. It is our job as educators to provide this by providing a welcoming environment for everyone and making sure everyone is comfortable to share their opinions. The use of various evidence-based practices as well as many other educational tools will help our students grow in and outside of the classroom. We are teachers and mentors with our jobs being to make sure we are using every available resource to give the best possible education to each individual student.
