  • Senior CSM working in our stratgic segment, acting as the main POC for as many as 18 clients with $1million in ARR or potential to reach that threshold. Client book includes KPMG, BJ's Wholesale Clubs, Avis Budget Group, Kiewit, Arthur Gallagher, Citizens Bank, and several more fortune 100 and 500 companies.
  • Managed implementation design, acting as a subject matter expert for Paradox's AI based software solutions, creating business requirement design documents for sign-off by executive client team.
