At Chipotle, my job was to provide exceptional customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and answering questions about menu items. Also, appropriately providing friendly and attentive service to customers throughout their dining experience.

I operated cash registers accurately, handling transactions efficiently, while maintaining proper cash handling procedures. Increased sales revenue by upselling additional menu items. I would always let the customer know if we have any current promotions or specials.

I demonstrated the ability to handle high-pressure situations calmly, while maintaining a kind and professional demeanor. I learned strong communication skills by effectively communicating customer requests to the kitchen staff for accurate order fulfillment.

Being the cashier most of the time, my responsibilities were to maintain a clean dining area by regularly clearing tables and sanitizing surfaces. Keeping the dining rooms and bathrooms stocked was also my responsibility. I maintained cleanliness and organization of workstations according to health regulations.

Other times, I performed serving the customers their food. Contributed to a positive work environment by being a team player and ensuring cooperation among crew members. Furthermore, we would train new employees to follow the health safety regulations and Chipotle standards.

When I was employed at Oberweis, I achieved communicating with customers and checking guests out with the register.

I had to memorize recipes and bake or prepare for the next day. I learned and practiced how to help increase sales.

After a few months of working there, I was given the Ace position, where I had more responsibilities and would train new employees. I helped close almost every shift.
