Much of my professional background includes working in a fast-paced environment, with a high level of urgency, multi-tasking, attention to detail and a focus on customer service, communication and a collaborative environment. Now with a completed Masters in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, I've expanded my knowledge in areas such as training and development, management strategies, and organizational leadership. Leveraging these skills along with Business Psychology concepts, strategies and tactics used throughout varying courseworks, I look forward to opportunities to further develop my experience within organizations, teaching and instruction, as well as improving individuals developmental skills, long term goals, and an overall betterment in employees work life balance.
