- Assist in daily programming with elementary-aged youth.
- Assist in the daily serving of healthy snacks and meals at the center.
- Assist in the organization and distribution of food items to children during meal times.
- Ensure cleanliness and organization of the dining area before and after each meal.
- Educate children about healthy eating habits and nutrition.
- Supervise children during outdoor and indoor play activities to ensure safety.
- Facilitate games and recreational activities, promoting teamwork and cooperation.
- Encourage positive interaction among children, and resolve conflicts as they arise.
- Assisted youth with daily homework assignments when necessary.
- Work schedule in the classroom environment each Monday through Thursday during the summer.
- Communicate with staff about any concerns or incidents involving the children.

- Document participation and feedback from activities for future program improvements for 1st and 2nd graders.
- Talked with individuals, sharing positive life experiences to encourage improved self-esteem and boost socialization.
- Prepared students for later educational experiences by encouraging to explore learning opportunities and persevere with challenging tasks.
