  • Responsible for overseeing price and cost volume development efforts in a fast-paced proposal environment for the Aircraft Survivability Business Unit
  • Responsible for the planning and preparation of the Cost Proposal in accordance with NGMS Command Media, the Request for Proposal, and all applicable FAR/DFAR regulations on programs including but not limited to Laser-X CY24-26 Production, CIRCM Engineering Services, and ITDS Competitive OTA
  • Works closely with the proposal team, functional organizations, and management to develop cost proposals while ensuring compliance and schedule adherence
  • Responsible for support of proposal audits (DCAA/DCMA/Customer), fact-finding and negotiations
  • Facilitates the completion of an internal certification in support of certification and execution of the certification of Truthful Cost or Pricing Data
  • Provides direct support and review of all work products in the strategic proposal environment, supporting PMRs, and necessary trainings
  • Train all incoming new hires utilizing self-created curriculum that includes knowledge checks and a robust look at the proposal process from cradle to grave, and mentor current employees within pricing and material estimating.

  • Reviews the BOM provided by the technical point of contact for any inconsistencies with part numbers, unit of measure, or missing information
