Summary

I grew up in a single-parent household with a bunch of pets, and I spent a lot of time taking care of them while my mom was at work. I originally thought I wanted to go into healthcare, but after job shadowing and gaining experience, I realized I work better with animals than with humans. I’m the kind of person who can’t turn down an animal in need, and I always make sure my pets get the best care and environment possible through research and just my love for them. This is why, after my four years of undergrad in zoology, I plan to go to vet school and earn my Doctorate in Veterinary Medicine.
