  • Began my career as a General Manager for five years, advanced to the Chicago Market Manager becoming the General Manager for both Chicagoland locations for five years and I have been a Regional Manager for the past ten years managing as many as 15 locations.
  • Award-winning sales leadership guiding high performance individuals to achieve and exceed their goals resulting in multiple locations achieving Sales Center of the Year Awards, Pinnacle Awards and a Granite Award. This was accomplished through coaching, account management and specific sales strategies to help increase sales growth.
  • Skilled in leveraging data-driven insights to manage costs, reduce waste, streamline workflows and maximize margin to enhance bottom-line growth.
  • Designed and implemented talent development strategies to build bench strength and ensure leadership continuity. Identified high-potential employees, created targeted development plans and fostered a culture of mentorship to support organizational growth.

  • Grew overhead door division sales 27% over previous year sales.
  • Took possession of the non-existent hollow metal doors division and increased the sales over 55% within the first year. Established 37 new hollow metal accounts during that same time frame.
  • Established operational processes in order to secure all assets and protect profitability. These processes took the location from losing money to a 16% profit in the first year.

  • Re-designed product flow to increase productivity and safety in the warehouse environment.
  • Worked with Management to implement the product flow changes I had developed into warehouses in Oklahoma City and Minneapolis. I also assisted in implementing the action plans at the above mentioned facilities.
  • In 2004 I was able to reach a pinnacle in door and operator sales of just over $6 million which was a record for the Addison location.
