Re-designed product flow to increase productivity and safety in the warehouse environment.
Worked with Management to implement the product flow changes I had developed into warehouses in Oklahoma City and Minneapolis. I also assisted in implementing the action plans at the above mentioned facilities.
In 2004 I was able to reach a pinnacle in door and operator sales of just over $6 million which was a record for the Addison location.
