  • Responsible for recruiting, hiring, and results of 4 different businesses under 1 roof. Store, Grooming Salon, Dog Training, and Hotel. We were the only store in the company with a 2 story hotel and over 200 pets in our care at 1 time
  • Circle of Excellence Winner in 2013 for results that ended in the Top 5% of the entire company
  • Developed and delivered 11 promotions to my District Manager to support the C Chicago district
  • Worked closely with my regional LP partner on internal investigations, exception reporting, and shrink best practices to deliver a 1.1% decrease in shrink in YOY results while being in a tough urban market
  • Led 4 different locations while jumping up in volume on every task. My final store was the 2nd highest volume store in the region
  • Responsible for the P&L management including but not limited to payroll, supply budgets, shrink and item removal budgets, sales forecasts, a repairs budget and accountable for the controllable contribution of my store
  • Scored a 97% on my internal audit score around company processes and expectations while the average of the company was around 80%
