During my tenure in the Marine Corps, I received Meritorious promotions to Lance Corporal and then to Corporal. Honorably selected for the Commandant's Retention Program (CRP), aimed at retaining highly skilled first-term Marines by simplifying the reenlistment process and providing significant incentives. As the Operations Chief, I played a pivotal leadership role, overseeing all 30 operator Marines in my platoon and managing the coordination and organization of all tactical movements and missions. Upon graduating from the Southwest Lineman Training Center (SLTC), I earned several certifications and licenses, including a Class-A CDL, CPR and First Aid certification, OSHA-10 hour certification, Digger Derrick Qualified Operator, and NCCER certification.
