Volunteer Experience

  • Light the Night Campaign, In an effort to raise money for cancer research within the Leukemia and Lymphoma Society, I volunteered to raise money by partaking in a group walk. I was able to raise donations to support the Light the Night mission of providing funding for the research and treatment of blood cancer patients. As someone who has experienced the grief of losing loved ones to Lymphoma, I am passionate about celebrating and remembering those who have been affected by cancer.
  • Coach Boo Softball Camps, Purdue head softball coach Boo De Oliveira enlisted my help with set-up, leading skill training groups, and guiding athletes from grades K-12 through camp activities. This experience granted me the opportunity to connect with young female athletes and provide useful insight into skills development and future recruiting tips.
