Repair and maintain equipment related to controls industrial electrical and programming. Electrical, PLCs, HMIs, scanners, and communications networks.

Includes PM routes of backing up, retrofitting, install, and doing visual inspections on equipment.

Experience in controls software such as: RSlinx, RSlogix Studio 5000, C-more, Factorytalk suite, Dataman, Fluke smartview, Profitrace, ASimon 360, SOPAS, CCW, Drive Executive, FRC2, MoviTools, Zdownloader, Easyroll, etc.

• Lead technician of team of 12 technicians(9 tech 2's and 3 apprentices). POC for jobs and repairs, lead large jobs and repairs. Assign shift PMs, daily crit walks, and complete daily shift reports. Responsible for the training of apprentices on shift and signing off on benchmarks. Communicate with local management and clients on repair advice and communicate downtime scheduling.
• Have experience with precision and preventative maintenance on most industrial conveyance systems and equipment(dematic/intelligrated).
• Diagnose and repair machinery including basic PLC programming. Embedded conveyor controller setup and modification, trained on kuka robotic arm systems, internal Kiva robotics advanced technician certified.
• Improved performance by precision aligning motors to gearboxes in all types of conveyance(v-belt, nitta belt, segmented/laced belting) equipment saving company over 200k USD in verifiable energy savings.
• Experience with Allen bradley(servos, switches, VFDs, PLCs[backplane,IO mods,computel]), Dematic, Intelligrated, Kuka, SEW, Rockwell systems, etc.
