Hockey was by far the biggest part of my life growing up. Trained on the ice 3 times a week, workouts 3 times a week, and games on weekends. It would range between 60-80 games throughout the year, including travel across the country. Played AAA starting at 17 years old, which is the highest skilled youth tier in the US before Junior hockey. At 19 years old, played one year for the Chicago Cougars.
