My first responsibility was making sure every guest's experience was amazing and memorable. I also was in charge of the register, getting sales and maintaining my work area. I would also help my co-workers when they needed it. I work very well in a team environment. I am very approachable and work well with others.

In my time as an ESA at Target, I had many sales. My store was number 1 in the district for sales one month. I always went the extra mile to sell attachments, protection plans and anything that suited the guest's needs. Sales are always important to me. I also worked hard to get guest's to open up the Target Red cards and I was the Red Card champion at my store for the month of June in 2015. 

I am very knowledgeable with the products I sell and do not take shortcuts in explanations or sale approaches. I am happy to learn things I do not know as well. I am eager to improve myself whenever I get the chance.
