I began as a costumer service representative, but I was quickly promoted to supervisor. My responsibilities included:

• Mentoring office employees on proper administrative procedures and how to use programs such as Ericom;
• Keeping operations consistent and efficient for maximum performance.
• Supervising employees and trainees in providing excellent customer service to callers who required assistance with monetary and technical issues.
• Resolving issues through active listening and open-ended questioning, to the satisfaction of the company and costumers.
