Preferential elimination of pathological B-cells using rituximab-based tetravalent bispecific antibodies:
-Engineering and production of antibodies through genetic cloning techniques and subsequent transfection into mammalian cell lines.
-Testing the hypothesis of preferential elimination of pathological B-cells compared to normal cells through Binding (flow cytometry/ELISA) and cytotoxic (Cell-Dependent-Cytotoxicity) assays.

-Chose the surface glycoprotein of SARS-COV-2 and using various computational tools like MUSCLE, PDB, MODPEP, Discovery Studio, CABSDock to identify epitopes as a suitable peptide-based vaccine against SARSCOV-2
