As a gym front desk worker, my main responsibility was to greet members and guests with a smile, ensuring everyone felt welcome. I handled check-ins, answered phones, and provided information about classes, memberships, and gym policies. I also had to address any concerns or complaints, and occasionally provide basic first aid for minor injuries. Keeping the front area clean and organized was also part of the job. It was a busy but engaging role!
