In this role, I oversee multiple restaurant locations, ensuring operational efficiency, upholding brand standards, and driving financial performance. District Managers are responsible for developing management teams, analyzing store performance, and implementing strategies to achieve business goals.

As a General Manager and Regional Certified Trainer I combined the responsibilities of a General Manager with the added duty of training and certifying other GMs/ASMs within the Midwest. I oversew the daily operations of my assigned store while also ensuring new and existing GMs/ASMs are properly trained and equipped to run their own locations effectively.

As Assistant Manager I oversew daily restaurant operations, ensuring excellent customer service and quality food preparation. I would lead by example, execute procedures with integrity, and contribute to a positive work environment.

A Delivery Driver's primary responsibility is to deliver sandwiches to customers efficiently and safely, while also assisting with in-shop tasks when not on delivery routes. This includes taking customer orders, handling cash transactions, and ensuring accurate and timely deliveries. Drivers also play a crucial role in maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the restaurant.
