I have worked for CAT, Cabs Assembly Operations (CAO) since November 2008, where I was an Inventory Record Analyst and transitioned into the team lead within the same department. I scheduled team meetings, trained coworkers, and utilized my knowledge of the company to help improve the company’s Inventory Record Accuracy. Hired into Caterpillar in February 2012, as a Product Change Control Tech and was responsible to evaluate engineering changes and communicate those changes within the company to ensure the new change is properly monitored and implemented on time.
