Summary

I have worked for CAT, Cabs Assembly Operations (CAO) since November 2008, where I was an Inventory Record Analyst and transitioned into the team lead within the same department. I scheduled team meetings, trained coworkers, and utilized my knowledge of the company to help improve the company’s Inventory Record Accuracy. Hired into Caterpillar in February 2012, as a Product Change Control Tech and was responsible to evaluate engineering changes and communicate those changes within the company to ensure the new change is properly monitored and implemented on time. In January 2015 & 2019 was promoted in place as a Product Change Control Engineer and lead the facility as a subject matter expert. July 1st, 2020, I transitioned into the Supply Chain Analyst role, which I was responsible for improving the facilities Inventory Record Accuracy. With my past job role experiences, I was able to positively contribute to the IRA metric from 86% to 95%.
