• AP Balance 2.0 is an upgrade to existing AP open balance dashboard that helped in analyzing open balances.
• Early Payment Leakages Diagnostics is aimed to help us understand the overall leakages, its top contributors and will enable decision making to stop/reduce leakages due to Early Payments.
• Payment Term Analytics: : Create a dashboard to provide the legally required payment term based on a selection criterion of different combination of buying country, vendor country, revenue, type of product and other factors. Drive behavior for payment terms that are not matching, maximizing CF and minimizing compliance risk cost.
• AP Balance 3.0.: Add new capabilities into existing dashboard for better Cash planning and reporting.

•Develop, implement, and manage global supplier financing programs aimed at optimizing working capital and strengthening supplier relationships.

•Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify opportunities for supplier financing and implement initiatives to improve cash flow.

•Evaluate and select financial partners and fintech solutions to support global supplier financing.

•Analyze the impact of supplier financing programs on cash flow, procurement, and supplier performance.

•Provide leadership and guidance to regional teams for program implementation and compliance.

•Monitor program performance and make data-driven recommendations for continuous improvement.

•Managed supply chain finance operations, including payables financing programs.

I have managed SCF expansion program beating the expected CF goals. During this time, I have worked with Accenture ADF Team, Support Team, AP Operations, Procurement Leads, Citi Bank team and Orbian to expand capability for all markets , grow program with new suppliers and harmonized/simplified SCF processes.

Managed AP OPS issues for TR, BG, GR and EE also improved significantly GRIR clearing process for all MEU countries. (NE, CE, WE cluster)

• Actively involved in GRIR COE project led by Accenture.
• Designed solutions and plan how to deliver it.
• Delivered process improvement for Credit notes, Direct debits, and overall maintenance of open items (in AP subledger) for MEU.

Achievements

For the first time in history, we have GR IR Net exposure below $5MM, when the target was $10MM. I demonstrated a high ability on identifying the issue and suggesting improvements to reach the goals

I was very knowledgeable, well organized, reliable, and fully independent during this role. I was able to manage designing of the GRIR process and development of new process for matching available GRNs with parked invoices with my finance experience.

• Lead Vat refund from TAX office, designed timely return and deduction process from Tax Office .
• Maintain detailed tax records and documentation for audits and inquiries.

Achievements

• Cleared all backlog from Tax Office in 2014 as Cash which was not done in MDLZ Turkey before. Almost $8-10MM. I have worked closely with tax Office and KPMG to provide all necessary document, information’s to proof.

• Cleared all backlog with Mondelez Europe against Mondelez Turkey. I worked with IC team to proof AR/AR. After backlog clearing, process is redesigned for timely collections and payments. Achieved reward from Mondelez Turkey General Manager for the success of recon process.

• Turkey was selected best in class in AP Operations. SLA of invoice processing and GRIR aged items managed before Accenture, and I was working during migration to keep process same and improved.
