  • Player development — All-Conference honors: In 2023, under his coaching, four linemen (Anim Dankwah, Deshawn Ingram, Da’Metris Weatherspoon, and Darius Fox) were named to the All-MEAC team.
  • In 2024, Ray coached linemen Darius Fox and Tim Artis Jr. to All-MEAC honors.
  • HBCU All-American recognition for players: Dankwah, Ingram and Weatherspoon were also named to the BOXTOROW HBCU All-American Team.
  • Next Level Development: Anim Dankwah was selected to participate in East-West Shrine game, and the NFL Combine.
  • Dankwah signed as an undrafted free agent with the Philadelphia Eagles
  • Selected to the 2025 AFCA 35 under 35 Coaches leadership Institute
