As a TILT Concierge at 360 CHICAGO, I ensure an exceptional guest experience across both the TILT attraction and general operations. I begin each day with a pre-shift meeting where assignments are given for roles such as TILT Ops, TILT Line, and Desk on the 94th floor. In the TILT room, I guide guests through safety procedures, manage ride flow, and maintain cleanliness standards. At the line and back-of-line stations, I control crowd timing and ticket scanning while coordinating guest groups to maintain optimal ride cycles. I also handle ticket sales, troubleshoot guest issues, and assist floor staff at the observation deck as needed. Being fully cross-trained, I regularly support the general operations team, managing roles such as Ticketing, Turnstiles, and Elevator coordination.
