- The doctor I worked with gave me opportunities to work on patients hands-on by teaching me how to assist

- I learned to use the air & water syringes for cleaning, rinsing, and drying the oral cavity, as well as the dental curing light.

- I have experience with working as a dental receptionist and know how to use Dentrix Ascend for scheduling, insurance management, and patient communication.

- I have experience setting up rooms for the doctor before patients and know the tools needed for each appointment.

- I have learned the sterilizing equipment process.

- I know the basic functioning of the x ray machines, both panoramic x rays and bitewing handheld x rays.
