- Act for the Swiss construction chemicals group Sika AG on the acquisition of MBCC Group (Master Builders Construction Chemicals), the former BASF Construction Chemicals division, from Lone Star Funds, a global private equity firm, for a consideration of the equivalent of EUR 5.2 billion.
- Advise Indorama Ventures PCL, a world-class sustainable chemical company, on an acquisition to increase its stake to 100% of its local company in Egypt.
- Act for a major manufacturer of railway passenger coaches in a supply contract with the Egyptian National Railways, with a value exceeding EUR 1 billion.
- Act on behalf of Wrigley Candy Uk. (Parent company of Mars) before various governmental authorities, in relation to its importation, manufacturing and trade activities in Egypt.
- Convert a major B2B e-commerce marketplace, from an LLC to an SAE.
- Provide corporate, data privacy, consumer protection and employment services to major American and Chinese TMT companies.
