- Per customer specification we are able to set a digital standard and once the color is approved by the customer the color can be shot with a densitometer until the ink is under a 2 dE cmc with is industry standard. other testing may include viscosity, gloss,adhesion, chemical resistance,rub resistance,block resistance, foam testing, fluorescence,tack, dry rate,GC contaminants,TNV content.
- Calibrations- Calibrating various pieces of equipment such as Zahn cups sick meters, Hand proofers (Roll Durometer), Gas chromotographer, Stop watches, also scheduling calibrations for an external calibration through the vendors that provide certain equipment such as Sartorius Moister Analyzer, UV Curing Unit and Brookfield Viscometers

- Communication- Communicating with production in regards to orders to assure the order is in process and a ETA on when a order will be completed
- Speaking with truck line sales representatives in regards to damaged or mishandled freight or truck line review
- Forklift- Moving orders from labeling to Shrink wrap to shipping dock
