Selected to co-lead the creation and evolution of Slalom Chicago's Public and Social Impact industry team. Entrusted to develop and execute a go-to-market strategy and build a team of knowledgeable Sector, Nonprofit, and Higher Education professionals. Scaled the industry to 45M in year one with projected growth in year two.

Served on a ten person leadership team overseeing Slalom's Business Advisory Services (BAS) practice with responsibility for 350 FTE and 400M in revenue. Co-led BAS through an organizational redesign inclusive of a new operating model, expanded delivery capabilities, new strategic planning process, and change management. Recognized for the ability to deliver complex ideas and changes in clear, accessible terms, and for promoting a people-first, entrepreneurial culture that was inclusive, empowering, and rewarded responsible risk taking.

Served as the Accountable Executive for large, multi-year organizational transformations beginning in the private sector and moving into the public sector. Accountable for the delivery, financial performance, and team building ranging across several domains including data and analytics; enterprise-level custom application builds; Customer Relationship Managment implementations; organizational strategy and re-design; and change management.

Executed a variety of consultant engagements across multiple client levels and industries. Known for creating deep, sustained relationships that grew in scale and impact. Served as Chief of Staff to multiple, executive level leaders.
