As a P2P specialist I’ve participated in several system implementation projects, as the local point of contact, and I have acquired extensive experience working with project managers and colleagues from different countries and regions of Sanofi.
Within each one of these implantation projects, such as: SAP CEP VMD, COUPA (eBuy), Concur (both Expenses and Travel modules), One Support (and My Portal before that), I’ve gone through all the implementation’s steps, starting from change management, adapting data information, technical checkups, UATs ect., up till go-live stage.
Providing training and ongoing support to end users in eBuy and Concur: solving technical issues, professional guidance, communicating regulations and guidelines. Managing system’s processes and generating data and reports as requested.
Responsible for creating and maintaining VMD in SAP CEP, following company’s regulations.
Working closely with both local P2P team and P2P team lead and taking active part in aligning local P2P unit with the global controls and processes. Identifying similarities and differences withing the processes, changing procedures according to global guidelines and executing controls’ alignment. Communicating changes to end users when needed, and sometimes dealing with objections and complaints, while maintaining good relations and collaboration with end users.
Providing support both to Procurement department and to Bookkeeping / Finance department, maintaining the coordination between them.
Previous experience as Procurement Support in Sanofi (in my initial role as PA) working in collaboration with the local Procurement Head.
