  • Ukko is an Israeli startup company that works in collaboration with US CDMO's and US investors to develop a protein patent for Peanuts allergy (mainly) and other allergies.
  • My role included Performing complex analytical methods such as Peptide Mapping using RP-HPLC to solve challenging scientific problems with assays or instrumentation.
  • Following peptide mapping tests, collected peptide fractions using Fraction Collector Manager in HPLC for later analysis in Weizmann institute of science.
  • Coordinated and performed analytical tests such as RP-HPLC, SEC-HPLC on a daily basis.
  • This has given us as a team an overall understanding about the combination of the patent and its functionality.
  • Presented research findings at conferences and meetings, showcasing the company''s expertise in analytical science.
