Adi Haroni is a multidisciplinary artist whose career as a violinist spans over 20 years. Has lived in various European countries for more than a decade, performing under the baton of renowned conductors such as Zubin Mehta, Christoph von Dohnányi, and Pierre Boulez in prestigious venues including Carnegie Hall in New York, Teatro Colón in Buenos Aires, and the Proms in London. While based in Berlin, Adi expanded her artistic journey by studying acting and began performing in theater productions across Germany in 2010. During living in Barcelona, further broadened creative scope by collaborating with circus and physical theater artists, eventually training in aerial circus skills. Today, combines expertise as a violinist and acrobat, performing as an aerial artist and serving as a faculty member at the Israeli Circus School in Kfar Yehoshua. Adi has created and produced several innovative projects, including the multidisciplinary circus show Entropy, which received support from the 'Pais' Foundation and won first prize in a science-themed creators' competition at the Weizmann Institute. She also performs in cabaret circus shows and is currently developing a new production, Carnival of Animals, a musical circus show for audiences of all ages. In 2017, Adi co-founded the social initiative Made In NZRT Festival in Nazareth, later rebranded as BESTival. This project was a pioneering cultural venture in the Arab community, Offering an annual season of performances spanning classical music, Eastern music, flamenco, jazz, electronic music, theater, dance, circus, and silent films with live music. The festival featured top artists and was conducted entirely in Arabic, making it accessible to the local community. Adi has also collaborated with her partner, a pianist, to create a series of performances combining silent movies with live music. These productions have been featured in festivals across Europe and Israel. In addition to performances, Adi is dedicated to education and teaching. Since the COVID-19 pandemic, has expanded her work to include online lessons, workshops, and artistic advisory sessions. Offering violin lessons, aerial circus workshops, and stage performance coaching in multiple languages, including Arabic, Hebrew, German, English, and Spanish, and is also fluent in Hungarian. Through her artistic endeavors and educational contributions, Adi Haroni continues to inspire and connect with audiences and students around the world.
