Started at Chipotle Mexican Grill as a crew member and worked my way up through multiple leadership positions to become a General Manager, gaining extensive experience in restaurant operations, team leadership, and customer service. As a General Manager, I was responsible for overseeing daily operations, hiring and training employees, creating schedules, managing labor and food costs, maintaining inventory, ensuring food safety and company standards, handling customer relations, and driving overall store performance and sales goals. I stepped away from the position after having my baby and later returned to the company as a Floating General Manager, supporting multiple locations by assisting with staffing, training, operational needs, and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Overseeing daily restaurant operations, supervising team members, and ensuring excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.
