Educational Philosophy

When illustrating my educational philosophy, I believe that every student should receive the tools and resources needed to benefit their success in the education world. I believe in an inclusive environment where each student should have equal opportunities to thrive. As an educator, I want to spread the importance of treating all kids with compassion/respect, as well as building a foundation of trust. Allowing each student to express who they are and providing them with the opportunity to be seen within their educational career is critical to their future success. I hope to be a mentor as well as a leader to not only my students, but other students within the building.
