• Proper explanation of test procedures and safety precautions to ensure the patient's compliance and satisfaction during imaging
• Quality patient imaging after safely administering the appropriate radiopharmaceutical aiding in the diagnosis and treatment of various disease states
• Calculate, measure and record radiation dosage and radiopharmaceuticals received, used and disposed
• Perform daily quality control checks on laboratory and imaging equipment
• Radioactive materials disposal and storage in accordance with state regulations
• Adherence to the principles of ALARA (As Low As Reasonably Achievable) at all times

Managed hospital laboratory specimen processing department consisting of 18 colleagues that operated 24/7 for 483 bed hospital as well as 500-700 outpatient specimens per day Monday - Friday. Specimens processed and routed according to department testing protocol including reference lab specifications if necessary. Hired and trained all colleagues. Ensured policies and protocols met CAPs standards.
